In partnership with GTD Mining, we are launching a transformative agricultural initiative in Lusangazi, Zambia, designed to unlock the full potential of land, water, and local resources. Kula holds a 40% equity stake in this RegionalDAO, ensuring long-term alignment between governance, investment, and sustainable food production. With the full support of tribal leadership, we have secured 3,000 hectares for maize and wheat cultivation, setting the stage for a model that integrates cutting-edge resource management with blockchain governance.

Project Overview

Agriculture is the backbone of economic sovereignty. In Lusangazi, Zambia, we are building a model that transforms land, water, and resources into sustainable food production at scale. Tribal leadership has entrusted us with 3,000 hectares for maize and wheat cultivation, laying the foundation for an agricultural economy driven by real assets and blockchain governance.

This is not just farming. It is an integrated system of production. Water flows from our Water DAO, ensuring reliable irrigation in a region where access has long been a challenge. Agri-lime from GTD Mining’s limestone operations revitalizes the soil, enhancing yield potential and long-term viability. With an invitation from the Minister of Agriculture to expand into an additional 10,000 hectares, this is more than a local initiative—it is a framework for regional food security and investment-driven development.

We are proving that governance and capital, when structured correctly, can unlock the full value of natural resources without falling into the cycles of extraction and depletion. Our blockchain-based governance protocols ensure transparent decision-making, equitable participation, and scalable investment pathways. This is agriculture with a vision - one that moves beyond subsistence to create a dynamic, resilient, and economically powerful future.

Local community leadership is at the heart of this transformation. True governance is not imposed from the top down - it is built through participation, stewardship, and shared ownership. In Lusangazi, tribal leadership is not just granting land; they are shaping the economic future of their people. By embedding blockchain-based governance into this agricultural ecosystem, we ensure that decision-making is transparent, resource allocation is fair, and economic benefits are distributed equitably. This is the real power of blockchain - not speculation, but structural transformation. Our model moves beyond extraction to create self-sustaining systems where investment meets impact, capital meets community, and governance is a force for long-term prosperity.
